Pain Management Stories
Sue had been suffering from chronic back pain for 9 months since rupturing a disc in her lower back on an exercise machine. The pain was so excruciating that she had been unable to sit down for more than 5 minutes at a time and therefore couldn't drive and she told me that she spent most of her days lying on the bed crying. As a result her mental health had deteriorated and she was suffering clinical depression. She told me that prescribed pain killers did not ease the pain and she had sought help from private consultants, the private pain clinic, had MRIs, epidural injections and had visited osteopaths, physios, massage therapists, and had attended countless GP appointments resulting in ever increasing pain killers and anti-depressants but nothing was working. We practised EFT tapping while addressing Sue's negative thoughts about her pain and other aspects of her life. She reported that she felt much calmer as the session progressed and by the end she realised that she had been sitting in a chair for 45 minutes for the first time in months.  It took a few more months of tapping and occasional kinesiology sessions by which time Sue was pain-free and back to leading a full and active life.
My client had been suffering from "severe stomach issues" for about 6 months including fortnightly vomiting and mild diarrhoea. After one treatment these episodes stopped but we continued with treatments and various supplements to ensure that the underlying infections were completely eliminated. During these sessions we also addressed JB's upper back pain which also disappeared following some structural manipulation and additional supplementation.
DF came to me for help with the joints in his hands and feet which had been swelling up and feeling painful for many years off and on. His symptoms were getting progressively worse to the point where normal daily activities were being significantly impacted. During DF’s first treatment I checked his digestion and found out that he was not tolerating gluten, was having a problem with processing histamine, had a bacterial infection and was also dehydrated. He also had a problem with cartilage. I recommended that he remove all gluten from his diet and follow a low histamine diet for a few weeks plus take 4 supplements to give his body the building blocks to return to a balanced state.  DF followed the suggestions and within 2 weeks the swelling had gone down but he was still a little stiff. Within a month the stiffness had also disappeared. However, on further testing there were still digestive issues and inflammation showing but some additional foods could be tolerated and some different supplements were indicated. Another month later histamine, inflammation, infection and cartilage were not showing as issues but further supplements were required to promote wellness. Soon after this session DF started introducing more foods to his diet with no ill effects. However, he continued eating gluten free. A couple of years later he still prefers to eat gluten free, refrain from coffee and red wine, and has had no flare ups. All 3 sessions were conducted remotely using a recent hair sample and a photo.
