I help women suffering with pain to identify and address the often surprising sources of their pain and provide them with the tools to manage it naturally so they can get back to doing the activities that they love to do.

I see so many people in pain, struggling with daily tasks, not being listened to and being sent away from doctors with prescriptions that do not provide the relief that they seek and which often cause more issues with their health. I am passionate about helping you to understand the hidden underlying causes of pain such as imbalanced hormones, stress and other emotional triggers, structural problems, food/chemical sensitivities and other digestive issues and working together to balance these issues. The end result being that you manage the pain rather than the pain managing you.

Back pain is extremely common and is often attributed to our modern lifestyle of sitting for many hours every day. However, each client I see has different requirements. These range from reducing histamine sensitivity through diet and supplementation, lowering emotional stress using EFT tapping, drinking more water or lymphatic massage. Digestive pain and discomfort is also prevalent and many people consider it to be normal. However, by identifying the parts of the digestive system that are not working as they should, introducing the relevant supplements and removing problem foods we can bring the digestive system back into balance, benefitting the whole person. Joint Pain can be caused by many factors including sensitivities to natural chemicals or foods, infections, toxins and nutritional deficiencies. The inflammation can often be reduced and cartilage improved naturally by removing problem foods from the diet and taking the appropriate supplements to give the body the building blocks that it needs to affect the repairs required. I have helped my clients through a variety of methods including learning and using EFT tapping to calm their stress and reduce tension in their muscles, removing problem foods from their diets, balancing their hormones or neurotransmitters through supplementation and through balancing their jaw using kinesiology techniques.

£80 for the first treatment of up to 1.5 hours
£60 per hour for subsequent treatments plus supplements
