How I Can Help

Through gentle muscle testing and kinesiology, I explore how well different areas of the digestive system are functioning, such as:

  • Stomach

  • Small intestine

  • Large intestine

  • Gall bladder

 

This approach may also highlight whether certain foods or food groups are not suiting you. From there, we can look at supportive steps that may help you feel more comfortable, including:

  • Identifying which foods to reduce or avoid (sometimes only short term)

  • Considering suitable nutritional supplements to support digestion and wider health

  • Using kinesiology techniques to promote balance

  • Using EFT techniques to help with cravings and resistance to health lifestyle choices

Everyone’s digestion is unique. What works for one person might not suit another. My aim is to help you understand what’s happening in your own system and work with you to find a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable.
