​Together with Corinna Tannian, I founded the Chepstow Therapists' Network to build a supportive community of women helping women in Chepstow and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to connect local therapists, host nurturing events, and create a dedicated directory of services for women navigating menopause — making it easier to find the natural support and guidance they deserve.
