I work with women experiencing changes related to menopause, supporting them to explore potential underlying factors and develop self-care techniques to help them feel more balanced and supported in daily life.

A Gentle, Personalised Approach to Menopause


Menopause is different for every woman — and your symptoms are the body’s way of sending you a message to let you know that something is out of balance and it wants you to take some action.

​

Using kinesiology and muscle testing, we may explore areas such as:

  • Hormonal balance

  • Liver and digestive function

  • Lifestyle factors that may be affecting your overall wellbeing

Where appropriate, I may also suggest simple self-care techniques and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping) — which some clients find can help them feel calmer and more at ease.

This holistic body and mind approach often helps you to feel more like yourself again.
