Menopause is different for every woman — and your symptoms are the body’s way of sending you a message to let you know that something is out of balance and it wants you to take some action.
Using kinesiology and muscle testing, we explore areas such as:

Where appropriate, I may also suggest simple self-care techniques and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping) — which some clients find can help them feel calmer and more at ease.
