NLP is all about re-wiring the unconscious mind using visualization techniques, hypnotherapy, and timeline therapy. Many women managing the physical effects of menopause and perimenopause are also dealing with major life changes such as caring for elderly parents, children leaving home, relationship issues, career challenges, and even raising young kids. These challenges can leave us feeling unseen and overwhelmed, coping with stress and anxiety. Stef helps women navigate these changes with her expertise in law and NLP, including support for legal issues such as divorce. Did you know that more women than men (62%) petition for divorce, with the most likely age range for females being 45-49, right in the middle of peri/menopause?

As a Somatic therapist Ali's work can support you physically, emotionally and mentally through a combination of dialogue, clothed bodywork and movement. Rooted in science but with a holistic approach to body-mind wellbeing, a somatic approach recognises body, emotion and mind as inseparable; giving space for body intelligence to bring new insights to old problems and life experiences. The role of a somatic therapist is to support including your body in your awareness knowing that your body is an ally even when communicating through symptoms and and dis-ease. In bringing the separated parts of self together somatic work invites a creative and collaborative approach, guided by curiosity and compassion. Each session can unfold in a unique way as the experience is anchored to the body and together we explore the issues that concern you. Menopause, a deeply transformative time during which our friendly ‘yin’ hormones plunge and it so no longer possible to go sweetly or quietly through life. We are being called into a state of unrest, how can we honour this spirit that disturbs us? Our hormonal tide retreats with a pulling force that reveals all the unaddressed areas of our lives; our diet, relationships, lifestyle and our spirit. The call is to transform into the Mature Woman who has learned to live as she is made, not as the culture makes her. Holistic therapies can support you physically, emotionally and psychologically as you embrace menopause’s challenge and opportunities.

This journey has only strengthened her belief that creativity is innate in us all. As she navigates her own perimenopausal journey, Fleur has found simple practices like meditation, doodling, and painting to be powerful tools for reducing stress and shifting limiting beliefs. Sarah's Sidekicks - Dancing

Sarah has been teaching the Side Kicks how to line dance for almost 18 years. She uses all genres of uplifting music and enjoy learning simple run routines - rhumba, cha cha cha and waltz and stomp. It is amazing how so many walks of life (with just the enthusiasm to dance in common) have integrated, forming a vital community of friends, confidants, supporters and life-long connections. Over the years it has become increasingly more apparent the benefits are not simply physical. The social interaction, the increased mental capacity for concentration and cognition, the build up of fitness, stamina and co-ordination, on top of the feeling of immense wellness. When you dance – you leave the world at the door. There’s a space just for you - to find yourself, to grow and have LOTS of fun. And leave with a smile on your face.
